Domestic Shipping.

All domestic deliveries are made for the Republic of Cyprus only.

All domestic packages are shipped as a Next Day delivery via ACS Courier on business days only - (M, T, W, Th, F). This does not include weekends. For Next Day delivery orders, the order must be placed before 11 am with expected delivery by 6 pm. For any special instructions, please contact customer service at sales@bikinissi.com.

All domestic packages delivery cost is €5.00. 

International Shipping.

All international packages are shipped via TNT Express and EMS Datapost Courier service on business days only – (M, T, W, Th, F). This does not include weekends.  

How much does international shipping cost?

This is the list of countries in Europe that we ship via TNT Express with the flat shipping rate of €10.00.

Parcels to Russian Federation are shipped via EMS Datapost Courier service with the cost of €15.00.

Parcels to the United States of America are shipped via TNT Express with the cost of €20.00.

To the rest of the world we are shipping via TNT Express and the flat rate is €25.00. 

All orders of €250.00 & up is eligible for Free Shipping.

How long does international shipping take?

Delivery may vary upon location. 

As usual it takes 3-5 business days for your parcel to be delivered to Europe and 5-14 business days for the rest of the world (Russian Federation as well).

Delivery time mentioned excludes custom clearance delays.

How much are international duties & taxes?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will not be included in your total at checkout. Bikinissi is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

By law, Bikinissi must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Bikinissi, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Bikinissi. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Responsibility

Our shop will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact customer service at sales@bikinissi.com.
